Analysis and Extrapolation (WP3)

We have a couple of analyses planned already, check out our descriptions and mock-ups here.

This is where the incoming phase (in the Netherlands) should start. Here we analyze the data (subsample and sample level analyses; M6) and then extrapolate the Smart Search guidelines (D11). Afterwards, we will develop tentative resources for both patients and physicians (D26-27) and through Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) receive feedback on the tentative resources (T9). At the end of this phase, resources will be finalized and uploaded to the website (D28-29). Furthermore, in this phase of the grant, UW and MU will organize a competitive programming challenge (M9) for undergraduate/graduate students to develop the browser extension to implement the Smart Search guidelines.
